After hours, without voicemail.

A call at 8 PM becomes a booked visit the next morning, with your staff approving every step.

It knows its limits.

An assistant that talks to your patients has to be conservative.

  • Emergency language goes straight to 911 guidance; it never books an emergency
  • No medical advice; refills are routed to the prescriber
  • Anything uncertain is handed to your staff

Real open slots, approved by staff.

Online booking reads availability from your EMR schedule, and approve-to-book writes the appointment back.

One price per clinic.

$999 per month: unlimited calls, chats and bookings, every channel included, no per-seat pricing.

  • Founding clinics: $799 per month for the first 5 clinics, in exchange for case-study participation

How setup works

  1. 01 · Build

    We build the knowledge base

From your website and your front desk's own answers to common questions.

  2. 02 · Review

    You review everything

Nothing talks to a patient until you have approved what it knows.

  3. 03 · Live

It goes live in about a week

Requests start landing in your staff queue.

Call your own front desk tonight at 6:05 pm.

We will call your published line five times over one week, at realistic patient times, and send you a short report of what happened on each call. Free, no obligation.

Questions

Is this an answering service?

No. Answering services take messages. Front Desk handles the request: it books patients into your EMR schedule, routes refill requests to the prescriber, and processes cancellations and reschedules, around the clock.

Does it give medical advice?

No. Emergency language is redirected to 911 and emergency guidance immediately. Clinical questions go to your staff. Medications are never discussed beyond routing a refill request.

What happens when it cannot answer?

It says so and hands off to your staff. It never guesses, and every handoff lands in the queue.

Which EMR does it work with?

Supported EMRs, live in production. Ask us about yours.

How long does setup take?

About a week, and you approve everything before it goes live.

Hear it answer your clinic's questions.

In a live demo we call the production system; you hear it book, route a refill and hand off.
